- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted at this lodge or on the Park
- A security deposit is required at this property for all single sex groups under the age of 25 and for a group booking of 3 or more under the age of 21

We had a wonderful stay at Footprints by the Lake! We had won our trip through a competition, but we wouldn't hesitate to return again as customers. The lodge was stunning - spotless throughout and had everything we need. The site itself was lovely and our daughter loved the two play parks and arcade. If we returned again we'd also love to try out the pool. Thank you so much for our stay, it was wonderful :)
Excellent. Would stay again. No problems. Lovely location. We stay at the park often. Its a good spot for reaching all parts of Cumbria
Fantastic views from the property, one of the best locations on the park. Seating and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed too. The only area for slight attention was the bath - it needs a little tlc as the pop up plug/ overflow had come away from the bath. I wouldnt hesitate to book again
