- Mr Tod's Lair is accessed by 6 wooden steps. The lodge is then on the same ground floor level
- Please bring own towels for use of hot tub
- Travel cot will fit in the Master bedroom and one of the twin rooms
- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted at this lodge or on the Park
- Dedicated Wi-Fi is provided. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any interruptions to the service, and guests should not book the lodge solely on the basis of Wi-Fi availability.
- A security deposit is required at this property for all single sex groups under the age of 25 and for a group booking of 3 or more under the age of 21
Location
Mr Tod’s Lair is located at Thirlmere 25a on White Cross Bay Holiday Park, in a quiet, tucked-away area of the park, just a short walk from the shores of Lake Windermere. The park is well placed for exploring the Lake District, with Windermere, Bowness, and Ambleside easily accessible. A regular bus service runs from just outside the park entrance.

White Cross Bay is well connected, making it easy for guests to explore the Lake District with or without a car. A regular bus route runs from just outside the park entrance, offering convenient links to Windermere, Bowness, Ambleside, and surrounding areas.
For those travelling by car, Windermere village and Bowness are only a short drive away, with plenty of attractions, shops, restaurants, and scenic walking routes close by.
