Below is our latest guidance if your stay should be affected by Covid 19

Current Status:

If you are travelling from within Britain there are no travel restrictions which will affect your booking.

Travel or Lockdown Restrictions or Restrictions to Party Size or Household:

Should you be unable to complete your booking following a national or regional government lockdown or imposed travel restrictions, you will have the following options.

1. Receive a full refund of the total cost of the accommodation and extras where applicable (less the booking fee paid)

2. Rearrange your stay to another date. If the chosen date is more expensive then an additional payment will be required. If the dates are cheaper a refund of the difference will be made.

If you or one of your party contract Covid and intend not to travel then our standard cancellation terms will apply. Early notification of any cancellation will give us more time to resell the dates and if we are able to do so you will receive a partial refund.

We strongly recommend all guests obtain either appropriate travel insurance or refund protection which may provide cover not only for Covid but other situations which could prevent a stay taking place.
